Manchester City and Chelsea fans have been injur3d in clash3s with police in Porto before the Champions League Final reports.
Hundreds of football fans are already in Porto for Saturday’s Manchester City’s Champions League final cl@sh aga!nst Chelsea.
Riot police had to disperse brawling English football fans after a second night of violenc3 as staff closed pubs and bars due to Cov!d-19 restrictions.
A number of fans were not aware of the str!ct 10.30 pm dr!nking curfew to prevent the spread of the v!rus, reports the Mirror.
People were reportedly involved in clash3s with the Portuguese police.
Two people were reportedly injur3d after skirmishes near Porto’s Sao Bento railway station and in the city’s popular riverside quarter known as the Ribeira while a Chelsea fan was spott3d drenched in bl00d.
One fan said: “It was pretty minor – some people wanted another dr!nk and the police were determined to move people on and back to their hotels.
“There was no trouble between Chelsea and City fans.” Police confirmed one man had been taken to Santo Antonio Hospital following an incident near the station around 10 pm local time last night/on Thursday night.
